Join Brooke for an 8 Week introduction to Kundalini Meditation.  Kundalini Yoga/ Meditation is a technology for rewiring our brain and psyche.  Turning your mind and body into a self healing machine.  During times of stress, fear, and uncertainty meditation in general is a beautiful stress relieving practice.  One that can also boost the immune system, allow you to relax, observe, and respond rather than reacting to current situations.  Kundalini Meditations are highly effective in releasing old patterns and habits. Each week of this 8 week series Brooke will share with 2 meditations in the 30 min class. Any of these Meditations can be done anywhere between 3-11 minutes. With consistent practice they can create huge shifts in your mental/physical/emotional wellness.  Learn the technology behind them, how they are able to transform your inner world and cultivate a more peaceful day to day.  Regular practice of meditation may increase confidence, reduce stress, increase abundance, health, joy, and self love. Sign up for all 8 weeks or join us for as many as you can! Classes will be held Sunday nights at 6pm from August 16th to October 4th.

Sometimes we can be so in our heads about the future. Overthinking, creating countless scenarios, stress, and anxiety.  Sometimes our fears are our subconscious past programming projecting. This class we are removing fear and creating balance in our minds. Improving memory, presence, and cognitive function
