Laura's purpose for teaching yoga is to provide a safe space to empower those to empower themselves. She enjoys teaching all ages, at all levels, by providing options of movement to accommodate where your mind, body, and spirit may be on any given day.

Strength and Balance, Therapeutic and Lifestyle based yoga.
